I have been working with Wendy for over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased. I completed the 14day cleanse in January and whew, it was something. I've done cleanses before but I don't think I have ever been quite as committed to the process as I was on this one. I love Wendy's approach in that, while she is encouraging and pushes you, she doesn't push you too far too fast. She actually listens to you and takes the time to understand your concerns and fears.
