I was a client here over 3 years ago and still sober. This place changed my perspective and supported me through every challenge. The entire staff are professional and there for the right reasons. If you need personalized help (to talk through drug and alcohol experiences, recover yourself, receive individual therapy and education, build a treatment plan) with a 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳 and awesome motivated staff, you are in luck. Thanks to Refresh Recovery I’ve built the skills necessary to live my life better, and stay better.

Refresh recovery helped me in so many ways, and gave me the tools and understanding that I needed to not only get clean and sober, but to STAY clean and sober. My experience started with their sister company (La Jolla Recovery) for inpatient care during the detox period. Once I was ready to move on to outpatient care, I had the choice to go to Refresh for their dual-diagnosis program, and I'm extremely happy I did. Refresh was a great experience and helped me through a very difficult time in my life. They were very professional and supportive. When I thought I was losing my insurance Brian worked painstakingly to help me find a policy that worked to keep getting help. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment!
