Ryan and his team are outstanding! We have a young son under 2 years old who LOVES to throw rocks in our pool. Time and time again Ryan has to deal with faulty equipment or other symptoms of this "Love". He and his team do it with a smile. We also love the fact that after a storm, Ryan is always right on the scene to fix the damage from the weather. We never have to worry about the pool being unusable. I highly recommend Refresh Pools.
Ryan and crew have been servicing my pool ever since I had it constructed back in 2014 here in Cave Creek, 85331. He and his crew do excellent work for a fair price! Having never owned a pool before I had lots of stupid questions and he was always available to me by phone to answer them. Great guy and great team!
Ryan began servicing our pool from the startup almost two years ago. It always looks beautiful, he shows up every week, is priced right and does an awesome job. I have had several pools and a number of different companies service my pools in the past and none have provided the level of service that Ryan does. He's my pool man for life!!!!
Refresh Pools has been taking care of my pool for about three years now. They were referred by a neighbor when we moved in. I knew nothing about how to take care of a pool. They've been great. They come every week and do a great job. They're friendly to my barking chihuahuas. My pool is situated under two ginormous pine trees and when we have a dust they come out clean it. Also they are very responsive. If I have a question I just text them and get a newer.
We moved into our new house in Phoenix with a pool around 10 months ago. At first we were trying to maintain the pool ourselves. The Refresh crew has done a fantastic job for me! After another company flaked out on servicing my pool I was referred to Ryan and have been exceedingly happy with my service ever since. Not only did they get my pool cleaned up and back on track in a flash, but they also pointed out all of the equipment the prior service had neglected. Nothing but 5 star service from Refresh Pools! Shortly after buying my new house and my pool turning into a swamp I gave Ryan a call and he and his team were able to come out the next day to get to work. Over the last six months Refresh Pools has kept my pool sparkling clean and installed a new water leveler and vacuum for me. Highly recommended if you dont have the time or want to maintain your pool yourself.
Two years ago, Ryan was sent by our pool builder to walk us through using our equipment. He was so thorough and patient we decided to hire him for our weekly service. He has kept our "spool" sparkling, even though it's small volume makes maintaining proper chemical balance somewhat challenging.
