I have been getting the run around for a week with other dentists, have been on antibiotics for an infection in my right back wisdom tooth. They squeezed me in as a new patient literally 20 mins after I called for an exam. Determined I needed 2 wisdom tooth removed due to infection vs 1. He refused to pull them today due to how infected they were, but wrote another round of antibiotics and some motrin. Never going back here. Was in excruciating pain all night because of botched fillings and went to another dentist to see what the problem was. Fillings that i had gotten from this location were too deep and now I need not one but TWO root canals and have an infection. 2023 update: The number they gave on the bottom of this review has never contacted me back after leaving multiple voicemails. I miss going the dentist he is great dentist I wish he never closed please come back other offices at refresh dental are terrible they never answered the phone
I've always had a massive amount of anxiety going to any dentist because of the amount of work that needs done to my teeth and how painful they are, but after just the initial visit, I feel incredibly confident I'm in good hands. Every member of the staff here are kind, helpful with questions, accommodating, gentle, and friendly. I'll be recommending Refresh to my friends for sure!
Appointment was very rushed, but the office was fairly busy when I went in. My original appointment was for December. They called me and asked if I wanted to come in 3 weeks sooner, so that might’ve been why it was so rushed. Otherwise, no complaints!
