horrible horrible customer service.
Do not choose this dentistry. I complained of pain in a tooth and was told it was fine. A few months later it cracked and a different dentist had to do a root canal. When I got the xrays from Refresh they had taken when I originally complained of pain it was clear the tooth which I had pain in couldn’t even be properly viewed on the X-ray! Not to mention I recently learned that the majority of my fillings Refresh did were not done properly and need to be redone. They are less than 10 years old.

RecommendedWhy are they closed, Emma took care of me. Financially and physically. When they closed I had to Shaker office and the manager is so unprofessional I almost lost it. This person did not submit the xrays my insurance company asked for so they could not make a determination. This person tells me that they won’t finish the procedure unless I pay the whole bill even though I have been paying for 6 months and she is the holdup. RecommendedI’ve been going there g GI or a number of years and it’s the first time I didn’t dread going. Dr Lee and his staff are courteous and very nice. I trust them. I highly recommend this dentist.
