I have been with Jim for 30 yrs now and love his staff. First time meeting new receptionist and she’s a bit gruff and needs to be friendlier as she’s the first person you meet when entering. Thanks Jim and Karen for still taking good care of me after all these years. Miss Nancy and her fun stories.
Dr Nicholls has been my dentist for over 20 years , so glad he is still there, saw Dr Terry too, he is very good also , office staff friendly no complaints!!
Was my first visit after Dr Miller and staff were gone. 😕 Dr Terry seemed thorough and I was impressed by him using hand sanitizer when he came in the room! Good job! Hygienist was a bit more aggressive w cleaning than I have been used to but otherwise was fine. Had mix up with billing with one of our adult children but hopefully they have that cleared up.
My dentist that I had been going to for years had retired so I saw Dr. Terry for the first time. I was very happy with him and he is a very nice man. Also, I had cracked a tooth the night before and the staff got me in the next day when I called.
