Went in and spoke to Alex and DR. Rita to see the work I needed done, sent the pre authorizations to the wrong company, they took another few weeks and several calls to get authorization sent in. My goal was to find out the work needed, Have had TMJ's for 35 years. Its not worth going into with all of you. However when you try to pull up reviews from low to high, you won't find what you're looking for for some reason they come up with the 5 star with one or two when it says there are 12 at this point in time. Writing this for my granddaughter: Office staff extremely unhelpful. REFRESH dentist worked on two cavities and the subsequent pain was EXCRUTIATING! Was told FIVE root canals were needed!!! They hesitated to prescribe any pain meds. Believing the horrific pain was due to needing a root canal, a pre-auth form was required by medicaid. The office staff had to be told to send the form.
