I started seeing Dr. Shelby at 20 weeks pregnant. She helped me stay active and mobile throughout pregnancy and is now helping me navigate post partum. Her focus on addressing core issues and working on strengthening weaknesses helped prepare me for delivery and recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Shelby!
