From the beginning. Refloor was prompt and professional. We set up appointment and was kept informed. The gentleman that came was very polite and answered all my questions. We were disappointed he did not have floor samples even though requested. It did help greatly that he could generate pictures with the rooms. The installation was beyond great. Had a great experience with Refloor. The floor is beautiful, the support (Denise) was wonderful and the installation crew (JD and team) were professional and diligent…. Very glad I went with them. It is a huge job but can’t imagine doing it without the support they provide.
