I went to Amy during my 38th week of pregnancy and I wish I would have gone sooner. She helped relieve much of the swelling in my hands and feet. Plus the massage and pressure points she touched felt amazing, so soothing. It was my first time doing reflexology and she taught me a lot about it. Her demeanor is kind, courteous, and gentle. I definitely recommend her!
I first learned of Tibetan Cranial while living in California and was impressed with how it realigned my jaw; so when my jaw was feeling out of sorts following a dental visit I immediately looked for a TC practitioner and found Amy. I saw Amy for the first time last week and I am so glad to have met her! I really think she can tune the body to a more relaxed, healing stage. When I left, I could turn my neck pain free and I didn't sleep all tensed up as I usually do. I look forward to continued sessions; she knows her stuff!
What can we say? Awesome! She has taken care of my grandfather, mom and dad. And they always feel much better afterward. For my grandfather - it has helped him with his immune system and in the past 3 years since he started going to Amy rarely gets sick. I believe he has gotten a cold and that's it! Pretty good for a 95 year old! Try Amy at Trifecta Reflexion - you will love it!
