I scheduled an 11:30 am appointment the evening before. I showed up and two men were painting, no one acknowledged me for 10-15 minutes, until one of them said hello but didn't stop talking on his cell. No one came to assist so I left after 20 minutes and went elsewhere. You lost this customer.
The masseur was very enthusiastic and professional. I will go back again in a heartbeat.
