Go. To. A. Sound. Bath. Jodi not only expertly leads you into Theta space, but teaches so much about what that is and why we so desperately need it! The sense of peace and healing during and after a sound bath is what every one’s soul needs!
I've been seeing Jodi for reflexology for 4 years and have been attending her sound baths since she started them. Both experiences leave me feeling at peace and grounded. I can definitely feel the difference when I haven't been for a while. She has helped the neuropathy in my feet and I just feel better overall. I love her guided meditation. Jodi Petry has created an amazing space with an array of offerings. It's a space you want to be in, it's so charming and comfortable. Jodi's reflexology is one-of-a-kind and her quality of care absolutely top-notch!
Jodi was fantastic, leading me into a serene, quiet place in my mind(which is something that is a hard place to get to) as she performed a very relaxing session of reflexology that left me feeling light, calm, and energized.
I recently attended a Sound Bath session guided by Jodi, and it was a wonderful experience. The session took place in a cozy room with comfortable reclining chairs, reminiscent of yard chairs you relax in, and we started by placing black eye masks over our faces. The group of participants was diverse, and Jodi, using large colored bell jars to represent the Chakra, spoke for about 10-15 minutes before the soothing, rolling sounds began to envelop us.
