Go. To. A. Sound. Bath. Jodi not only expertly leads you into Theta space, but teaches so much about what that is and why we so desperately need it! The sense of peace and healing during and after a sound bath is what every one’s soul needs!
I've been seeing Jodi for reflexology for 4 years and have been attending her sound baths since she started them. Both experiences leave me feeling at peace and grounded. I can definitely feel the difference when I haven't been for a while. She has helped the neuropathy in my feet and I just feel better overall. I love her guided meditation.
