Dr.Palceski is so sweet not pushy whatsoever and genuinely kind!! I'm so thankful I was referred to his office!! Theresa is amazing!!
I have been to reflections dermatology many times, and would have recommended them, until this last visit. I will not be visiting again, due to them doing a "bait and switch". I feel like I was swindled. I had previously bought a package, which included multiple services. I was told by the receptionist before making this last appointment that I still had a credit on my account for one more service. Since she said I had one more service left, I made the appointment. Dr. P had to remove a large section of basal cell from my face. I was so worried about scarring and the procedure itself. He and his staff took their time, were absolutely wonderful and what could have been a nasty scar is practically invisible!! Best care and aftercare, thank you
I was promised a significant difference with the very first visit in using the Cool Sculpting which didn't happen. And that was after spending about eight hours hooked up to the machine which focused on my stomach and side areas, I was very disappointed in the coming weeks when there was no change. Dr.Palcesky is an excellent Dermatologist. He is caring , human and knowledgeable. I moved back to N.Y. 3 years ago and I still can't find one like him, not even close to the quality of care and the professionalism of all his staff.
