I will start by saying that I left in tears. Was never treated so rudely and disrespectfully. I have been a RN for over 34 I would have lost my job if I ever treated a patient they way I was treated. I will never go back!
The receptionists were efficient and friendly - making the check in process quick and easy. The wait time was very minimal. The technician was knowledgeable and easy to talk with and I received the results later the same day via MyChart.
