Fast maintenance! Good customer service and helpful answering questions. Very polite.
There are starting to be oversized pickup trucks which makes it difficult to get in and out of parking spaces. Any chance those cement fixtures that block the cars from using the full space can be removed? That will make it a lot easier to get in and out of the parking spaces.

I moved out of my apartment here on March 21, 2025, and I still haven’t received my security deposit as of mid-July—despite repeated follow-ups. Management claimed they mailed it, but nothing ever arrived, and no proper itemized deductions were provided as required by Nevada law. I’ve tried to resolve this directly, but there has been no accountability. If I don’t receive the refund soon, I’ll have no choice but to take legal action.
