Management is lazy and unprofessional. I’ve been reporting an ongoing issue with another neighbor they’ve been harassing me for months, I only go to the office to document the situation for my safety and comfort in my home. As I’ve been documenting there have been no help from the office my life has been threatened my door was almost kicked in stuff was threw at my windows and the office did absolutely nothing . Well kept grounds and great amenities. However, my move in was on Aug 25 and reported my washer not working. It’s been a week now and was promised multiple times it would be taken care of. I am still awaiting to get it fixed and have been running between the apartment and and a family’s home up north just to do laundry and clean my work uniforms. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
I felt immense peace at this location/ property. I am so grateful for Taeilor who helped me with the application process. She is very kind, understanding and patient. Looking forward to my stay with them.
Wouldn't recommend living here. I had a roof leak for ages, it took them months to fix. Upon move out I had to fight tooth and nail for them to eventually conceed and drop bogus fees. There was some kind of appliance graveyard by my unit which was terrible. Amenities are often closed down for long periods of time without notice. Prior to current ownership it was okay, but bridge has a revolving door of management and staff along with their own flavor of new fees and increased rent issued to residents.
Standards have been lowered so much over all. Nothing like when I moved here
