I have lived at Reflections for exactly one year, I personally think they're very nice hidden quiet apartments. They are all mostly brand new on the inside and outside brand new siding and brand new windows my unit had brand new appliances all around. Rebecca (manager) has been fantastic I would be living in a cardboard box if it weren't for her. No overnight guest parking unless you talk to the management. Enters your apartment without 24 hour notice. Trash areas always dirty. No receipts for Utility charges. Management clearly doesn’t care about the curb appeal of the property 1 year later. 6/30/2025 The pond worked for about a week, still out. This place is full of MOSQUITOS everywhere. The managers are not nice. They’re fake. It’s not a kid friendly environment. It’s dirty. The garbage areas are always overflowing. It seemed like they didn’t want my family there because we were white.
The office staff is a big reason I moved in several years ago. Rebecca was very kind, and answered all of my questions and made my family feel comfortable. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order the maintenance guy Rosendo has always been quick to respond and goes above and beyond what’s asked. Great team here!
