The managers are not nice. They’re fake. It’s not a kid friendly environment. It’s dirty. The garbage areas are always overflowing. It seemed like they didn’t want my family there because we were white.
The office staff is a big reason I moved in several years ago. Rebecca was very kind, and answered all of my questions and made my family feel comfortable. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order the maintenance guy Rosendo has always been quick to respond and goes above and beyond what’s asked. Great team here!
I don't think this forum is long enough to leave a review of all of the issues I experienced when I lived at Reflections. I attempted to reach out to corporate multiple times at the email they leave on every review and I received no response. I would highly suggest not renting from this complex.
Hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve ever had to deal with. They could care less about their tenants and only care about money. Would not recommend.
