Been living at Reflections Apartments for almost 2 years(from Pensacola, fl) and it's a really cool spot. Cheap rent, nice size rooms, and having my OWN bathroom is what's definitely the best part for me. Pool, gym, game room, & computer room is dope too!! Would definitely recommend any college students looking for a place to live!!
The staff is very friendly and the fact that everything is included in the rent, is awesome :)
Check in day was highly unorganized. Everyone stood in line, outside in the Florida heat, for at least 3 hours. When we made it to the office there were 3 people across 2 different stations. When I got the key and went to the apartment, it was infested with cockroaches. One of my roommates didn't have a bed, and I have been waiting for them to replace my bedroom lock for 5 days. 2 stars because the people working here are nice, but they could improve upon just about everything when it comes to this complex.
This place is the worst don't move here. I wish I could give them no stars.
