I have lived in this complex for the last year and a half. The first year was fine which is why I renewed but I changed units. This unit was disgusting from the first day I moved in with cereal just on the floor and a dead lizard in a cabinet. I was appalled that the unit was not inspected prior to our move in and it just keeps getting worse. They never inspected the unit after the initial report on how disgusting it was. RecommendedI had a maintenance problem in my bathroom, and it was fixed within a day! I put in the work order request Sunday night, and Neil came in to fix it Monday morning. He wore a mask and was able to quickly fix the problem :)

Me and my boyfriend are touring the place on the 1st of September and are very excited! The place seems great!
I toured this place yesterday and can give people insight on people that are thinking about touring. Don't do it! there are nicer and newer places in the area that are cheaper due to their specials. this place is old, small kitchen and super low ceilings. the few current residents I saw come in during the tour are some people id definitely not care to room with. one of the staff members was super nice but it seemed like she was trying to bribe us to move there. that's a red flag to me. the other staffers look like that came ... read more
If I could give this apartment complex -25 stars, I would. I have never lived in such a horrible living situation before. I was actually missing my old apartment where I was literally scammed when I moved out on top of having to deal with so many problems while there. That's how bad Reflections is. This Is A Great Student Living Apartment! The prices are good and it is very close To USF.
My living experience was amazing. Th office staff is super helpful and nice even though they are always busy.
