I have been here about 9 months. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, whether it is AC filter or pest control or anything else, they are quick to take care of request and the men are always kind, courteous, and professional.
No one ever came by apartment or called for issues.Work order says complete but was never touched. This is a frequent issue I have an have to pull security cameras every time to prove I never got assitance.
It’s not the neighborhood that’s the problem, it’s the help as a whole. Even the maintenance here will get under your skin. Move here and you’ll see, they have no respect not even for your belongings in your homes. Communication is terrible too, I have videos of work that they started but never finished while I was a resident & during their work, I had to clean up the mess that they made because they left it all on top of my belongings. No sorry, no communication that they were coming back to fix or clean what they started.
