It’s taken one month and 3 weeks to fix a leak that has caused MOLD. I’ve called at least 8 times and all I get is the run around such as management has left early, out sick, and the blame game. Lack of communication and timelessness is lacking from management. If maintenance management is out then the current management should have delegated task. Management has failed since Adam left. Truly sad.
Our AC unit has not been working since 6/1/2025 and had put in a maintenance request. It’s now 8/11/2025 and my family and I still have no AC. I’m currently pregnant and have a one year old and I’m running out of patience. Even though the staff is really friendly every time I call it’s the same excuse that they’re waiting for the manger to approve some parts. Going the whole summer with no AC is brutal and something needs to be done.
I’ve been living here a little over 3 months now and it’s been close to a month without a working AC in the middle of triple-digit summer heat, and nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve submitted multiple requests, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. It’s unsafe, unbearable, and completely unacceptable to expect tenants to live in these conditions. Maintenance responsiveness and management communication have been extremely disappointing.
