Very disappointing experience. There was no proper communication, and management seemed to do whatever they wanted without considering tenants. Staff were rude and impatient (don’t even know how to simply talk, don’t want to help at all). Overall, poor service and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend at all, Worst place ever in Fresno to live. Always stinky and smell so weird as soon as you enter. 0/10.
I had an excellent move in experience at Reflections Apartments. DJ helped me out tremendously and provided the most professional and welcoming experience I could have asked for. He and the other staff exceeded all my expectations and made me feel right at home. Very pleased and grateful for my experience this far. Highly recommend checking out Refections Apartments
When my air condition broke I called heather and she made sure to get me help. Rudy came and got it taken care of. Thank you guys.
