I had an appointment for today with Brittaney. She was fabulous to work with! Actually while I was there, all of the stylists present were working with clients, answering phones, and trying to help walk ins. While I was there today, all of the stylists were very helpful towards each other and were overall very professional. If you are looking to have something new done to your hair, go check out Reflections!
The first thing Tierney said when I walked in was "Do you have an appointment?" She then said she did not have time to cut my hair when there was 3.5 hours to closing with other employees working. The previous time I got my hair cut, the woman spent only 10-15 min on me, but yet they still had no time. I did not receive an apology either. I made an appointment today with Tierney and she will have my business from now on! I am suffering from Post concussion syndrome and she went above and beyond to be helpful! Took extra time, kept making sure nothing was too loud or bright. I went in not even knowing what I wanted, simply going off of her recommendations and I am over the moon with the color choice she made! Can't wait to see you in November!
Tierney. She has always been my stylist, and the only person who ever gets my hair and eyebrows right! she will also tell you if a cut will look good on you or not. she has saved me a time or two from picking cuts that wouldnt suit me.
Tierney Hocker is an amazing stylist and will give you the exact cut and color you ask for. She is also the only person I have trusted to completely surprise me on color and she rocked it! Plus my son refuses to go to anyone else but T!
I absolutely would recommend any one to go here. I highly recommend Teirney, as she does an amazing job and makes sure you are okay with everything that she does. I love my hair!
