Go to a shop who will care for your vehicle while in repairs and do what they tell you for face value! Hopefully they will be respectful to your insurance company while dealing with them!! Not their strong point! Be careful communicate with your Insurance, stay in the loop, they will dance around answers! Sad a Local shop who has little respect for others in the industry, Sad they couldn't be good people.
