Reflections has a great staff starting with Starr, Donnell, and Zaria to lead the way. The amenities are luxurious as well: playful game room , top of the line swimming pool, gym that top of the like your nearest planet fitness. Security is in top notch and maintains the safety in the building. I feel very secured in staying here. Sky lounge has an awesome view of Atlanta as well. Even though I don’t have any pets they also have a play to clean it and play in.
IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO, I WOULD here are the significant issues I've faced: 1. In my first apartment, the air conditioning was broken for over a week, which severely affected my asthma. Additionally, my roommate's smoking in the apartment adversely impacted my health. 2. After moving to a second apartment, I was repeatedly disturbed by knocks on my door, demanding more rent or threatening eviction, even though I was assured that I could stay there upon receiving my key. A great student experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff in particular Donnell Francis, who has been very supportive, flexible and understanding in every situation. I can only recommend this place to live as a student. Excellent environment.
Paying 1200 a month to stay here and just received an email they’ll be removing one of the living room chairs from all of the units without a reason why. It’s been issue after issue w this building and now they’re removing our furniture. I can’t wait until my lease is up DO NOT STAY HERE
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment building. Starr has been especially helpful—friendly, professional, and always quick to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s great to have someone so reliable on the team. Thanks for making my stay here more enjoyable!
