I lived at reflection student apartments for two years (2024-2026). The first year here was great. Move in was smooth, communication was okay, everyone was very nice and welcoming, and the amenities are amazing. I lived on the 17th floor, and the rooms were great, and views were good too. After my first year was over, i transferred units to a lower floor (6th floor). Throughout this process, communication was poor. Reflections has a great staff starting with Starr, Donnell, and Zaria to lead the way. The amenities are luxurious as well: playful game room , top of the line swimming pool, gym that top of the like your nearest planet fitness. Security is in top notch and maintains the safety in the building. I feel very secured in staying here. Sky lounge has an awesome view of Atlanta as well. Even though I don’t have any pets they also have a play to clean it and play in.

I was a part of the first group of tenants that moved into the apartment last year when it was brand new and let me just say as a college student looking for somewhere to call home as I moved to a new area in downtown Atlanta I can say I couldn't have asked for somewhere better. the ongoing issues in my apartment following the leak from the unit above mine. It has now been a week, and the situation has significantly impacted my ability to live comfortably in a space that I pay a substantial amount for and have always maintained responsibly. Currently, there is a large drying unit in my bathroom continuously blowing hot air, which has made the entire apartment uncomfortably warm. Move-in at Reflection felt a little too smooth. Shiv was almost too charming, hovering around me the whole time and insisting on making everything so easy for me. I kept trying to slip him a tip for hauling my endless boxes, but he wouldn’t take it. He even insisted on giving showing me the facilities taking me all the way up to the SkyLounge and pointing out the view.
