I absolutely love living at reflection! The staff and management are so kind and professional. My apartment is cozy and welcoming as the appliances and furniture have been well maintained . Furthermore, the maintenance is fast and efficient. The trash smells have been heavily resolved this past year and the elevators have been doing their job! . I was a part of the first group of tenants that moved into the apartment last year when it was brand new and let me just say as a college student looking for somewhere to call home as I moved to a new area in downtown Atlanta I can say I couldn't have asked for somewhere better. I lived in reflection for two years so I was a part of the first group to move in. I definitely believe some of the reviews are fake.. Just from the standpoint of all of us having a group chat for there for so long and all everyone ever did was complain. Overall, I give the experience living in there maybe a two or three rating… There were just definitely a lot of inconveniences while being there. There’s mold, bugs, low water pressure, and wood deteriorating already all over our unit. We’ve contacted maintenance multiple times since last August (2023) and our water pressure still looks like that in the photo a whole year later. Contacted leasing office multiple times since January about the leak causing mold and bugs and there is still a leak causing water on the floors and mold growth. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve heard and watched multiple shooting on the same street at this “student apartment”, the trash shoots ok almost every floor look a mess (like the pictures shown or worse), the staff is very nice but not helpful at all, and the management changes every year so nothing ever gets fixed. This place has roaches, rats, and ants crawling everywhere and would rather drop the price of rent than fix these problems.
