Reflections has a great staff starting with Starr, Donnell, and Zaria to lead the way. The amenities are luxurious as well: playful game room , top of the line swimming pool, gym that top of the like your nearest planet fitness. Security is in top notch and maintains the safety in the building. I feel very secured in staying here. Sky lounge has an awesome view of Atlanta as well. Even though I don’t have any pets they also have a play to clean it and play in.
Move-in at Reflection felt a little too smooth. Shiv was almost too charming, hovering around me the whole time and insisting on making everything so easy for me. I kept trying to slip him a tip for hauling my endless boxes, but he wouldn’t take it. He even insisted on giving showing me the facilities taking me all the way up to the SkyLounge and pointing out the view.
I moved in July 2024 and moved out early due to personal circumstances. After moving out, this property and management company handled my account in a way that was unfair, unprofessional, and legally questionable. I was charged a cleaning fee after move-out, and then six months later charged a second cleaning fee for the same unit, with no explanation or documentation. Do not lease with this student apartment! Stayed there for almost 4 months before I had someone take over my lease. They are not “guarantor-waiver” friendly. They made me pay almost $650 just to transfer my lease and when I asked about my $999 pre-installment that I had made to cover my July 1st rent they agreed that the money would be sent to me through check and even asked for a home address to send the check. I was a part of the first group of tenants that moved into the apartment last year when it was brand new and let me just say as a college student looking for somewhere to call home as I moved to a new area in downtown Atlanta I can say I couldn't have asked for somewhere better.
