Reflections has a great staff starting with Starr, Donnell, and Zaria to lead the way. The amenities are luxurious as well: playful game room , top of the line swimming pool, gym that top of the like your nearest planet fitness. Security is in top notch and maintains the safety in the building. I feel very secured in staying here. Sky lounge has an awesome view of Atlanta as well. Even though I don’t have any pets they also have a play to clean it and play in.
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment building. Starr has been especially helpful—friendly, professional, and always quick to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s great to have someone so reliable on the team. Thanks for making my stay here more enjoyable!
I absolutely love living at reflection! The staff and management are so kind and professional. My apartment is cozy and welcoming as the appliances and furniture have been well maintained . Furthermore, the maintenance is fast and efficient. The trash smells have been heavily resolved this past year and the elevators have been doing their job! . I was a part of the first group of tenants that moved into the apartment last year when it was brand new and let me just say as a college student looking for somewhere to call home as I moved to a new area in downtown Atlanta I can say I couldn't have asked for somewhere better. There’s mold, bugs, low water pressure, and wood deteriorating already all over our unit. We’ve contacted maintenance multiple times since last August (2023) and our water pressure still looks like that in the photo a whole year later. Contacted leasing office multiple times since January about the leak causing mold and bugs and there is still a leak causing water on the floors and mold growth.
