She changes her price without discussing with you and poor communication & rude
I would never go here again or recommend this place, Pam is very rude unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She changes the price from what she quotes you and does a substandard job if that, she treats the people she works with very bad as well, I know this because she does it right in front of clients.
The workers at this shop are the friendliest and get along so well. The connection between the worker and client is immaculate. They give out good advice and make you feel like a new person EVERYTIME! I highly suggest going to this hair salon.
