I still haven't received my waiting list deposit back that was requested over a month ago. My wife and I were on the waiting list for over 5 years as Shea slowly built less than 1 home per month. By the time homes were finally being constructed on the respectable lots prices had more than doubled while also being significantly higher than comparable homes in the area. I’ve lived in my home for about 1 year and everything with Shea has been great. It is such a beautiful community and the whole team has been responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We looked at many builders and most of them feel very cheap. These homes don’t feel like that. No home is perfect, but Shea is as close as you can get without going using a custom builder for double the price.
