I’ve lived in my home for about 1 year and everything with Shea has been great. It is such a beautiful community and the whole team has been responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We looked at many builders and most of them feel very cheap. These homes don’t feel like that. No home is perfect, but Shea is as close as you can get without going using a custom builder for double the price.
