I’ve dealt with depression on and off most of my life. And have always had a hard time finding professionals to help me deal with it. Not the case at Reflection Health. I felt comfortable from my first call to my first session and every moment in between. I’ve never felt so ease or found someone so ease to talk to. It has truly been life saving to have the support and help I need from a reliable team.

For quite some time I was dealing with undiagnosed depression. Once being diagnosed I started the long journey of finding good care. with nyc being saturated with providers I went through a number of underwhelming providers. Once I found Mrs. Salop it felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I felt listened to, not judged, and an abundance amount of professional support.
