I lived here for a little over a year and had a great experience. Bridget and Selena were always extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly, and they answered any questions I had without hesitation. The maintenance team was also wonderful and quick to take care of the rare issues that came up. The complex is peaceful, the ponds are beautiful, and the environment feels very welcoming. Moved in recently, and the management has been nothing but 100% responsive to any needs. Very friendly and professional. The complex is a great location directly adjacent to a nice little park and you don’t need to drive any further between Highway 270 and Lindbergh on Manchester to satisfy any of your needs for shopping, great fitness gym, nearby, hardware stores even a cinema. All the units have new furnaces, AC condensers, flooring, etc.
Like many other places, every year the quality drops and prices go up. The office staff are very confrontational. They are definitely no longer a "luxury" apartment. We've been here over 9 years and consistently watch people move out after a single year. I think that amount of turnover is a perfect example of this place.
