I have living at Reflection Cove for almost 8 years and Bridget and Selena are the best property managers!
I had the best experience living at Reflection Cove. Bridget and Selina in the office were wonderful, always responsive, genuinely kind, and welcoming. Maintenance was top-notch as well. Zach was always quick to respond to maintenance requests and consistently had a smile on his face, which made every interaction pleasant and reassuring. We are residents at Reflection Cove and had an emergency plumbing issue on Christmas Day. Vincent, the on call maintenance technician, was fabulous. Not only did he have to work 2 hours to unclog the blockage under our kitchen sink, but he did the work cheerfully. When I asked, I learned that he got my call just before he was about to begin cooking his family’s Christmas seafood feast. Great service, professional demeanor and all on a major holiday! Bravo to Vincent.
I lived here for a little over a year and had a great experience. Bridget and Selena were always extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly, and they answered any questions I had without hesitation. The maintenance team was also wonderful and quick to take care of the rare issues that came up. The complex is peaceful, the ponds are beautiful, and the environment feels very welcoming. Moved in recently, and the management has been nothing but 100% responsive to any needs. Very friendly and professional. The complex is a great location directly adjacent to a nice little park and you don’t need to drive any further between Highway 270 and Lindbergh on Manchester to satisfy any of your needs for shopping, great fitness gym, nearby, hardware stores even a cinema. All the units have new furnaces, AC condensers, flooring, etc.
