The Steak that came out was cold in the center, we ordered medium rare and it tasted like it just came out of the freezer. There was no compensation from the owner. They asked if we wanted to reheat the steak…. please let that sink in, you never reheat a steak. This was embarrassing as my family was looking forward to a nice dinner and the food was disappointing. I’ve tasted better steak in Denny’s. Charlotte made this a 5 star experience for us! Enthusiastic and cheerful energy with attentive check ins and proactive refills. Best service we’ve had in a while! The servings are absolutely massive, so the value for the price is well worth it. I recommend the French Dip with Au Jus. Came with a big mountain of French fries which were nicely browned and had nice flavour. Fish tacos were really big. Calamari was alright, and could have been crispier. Great place to stop if you want to sit for a bit and just visit. Food is great.
First time trying this place tonight. The portions were huge for the price. Our meals were fantastic & every other meal being walked to other tables looked good too. Our server was lovely and attentive. We will definitely be back!
