As a Pilates instructor, I'm picky about my workouts. I visited from out of town this weekend & highly recommend Jenn Gartside for group fitness. She offers modifications for EVERY body (+ extra challenges for those who are up for it), gives helpful alignment cues & tells students which muscles they should be feeling during each exercise. It's too often that we see group fitness instructors rush through the motions, without explanation. That's how injuries happen.
The staff at Events at Refinery can turn a gym into a BEAUTIFUL events room!! They do all the work for you from decorating to undecorating. We took the decorations and talked with them about how we'd like them displayed. When we walked into the wedding reception it looked fabulous! They supplied staff for the evening and to take decorations down and box them back up. They kept them for us until Monday morning when we picked them up. It's very easy to work with the people there.
