Mark and Chastity were awesome to work with at Refined Roofing. Had to get my roof, and gutters replaced as well as some pieces of siding due to hail and wind damage. The work was completed quickly and I’m really pleased with the results.
Ryan is responsive, friendly and professional. He was able to come out for an inspection first thing Monday morning after speaking with him late on a Friday afternoon. Someone else was able to come out and repair my issue in the meantime, but I would definitely call Refined Roofing again in the future. Highly recommended!
Mark with Refined Roofing helped us with our roof replacement in Simpsonville, SC after damage from Hurricane Helene. He was incredible to work with, communicated well, offered great advice, and was extremely knowledgeable on working with our insurance. Mark went to bat for us and made sure our insurance paid what was rightfully owed. He runs hands down the best roofing business with integrity, honesty and workmanship. 1000% recommend!
A great company to work with! The entire company is very professonal and communicated with us through out the entire insurance claim and connstruction process. Mark and Scott communicated with us at all times and when things were completed there was no one standing at the door looking for a check. Our yard was kept clean free of debris for the three days that the were here. I would highly recommend them for your roofing and gutter installation.
