I had such a wonderful experience at Refined Reflection! Jen is truly fantastic — she did an amazing job with my color, including a gorgeous red, and everything turned out great. The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and really well set up. I loved the full-view mirrors and the overall comfortable atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and Jen styled my hair perfectly so I could head out and feel great. Highly recommend this place and especially Jen!

Vivian was fantastic. She explained each part of the facial in detail and walked me through what every step would do. She’s not only highly knowledgeable but also wonderfully personable. I would absolutely recommend her!
