Jerrid at Refined Lending helped me get pre-approved for a loan, and was with me every step of the way throughout the whole process; up to and beyond closing day! Other lenders told me anybody on the loan needed two full years of income history, but Jerrid and his team were able to get it done without this stipulation. He was proactive during escrow to solve issues as they came up. Would definitely recommend!

Jerrid (from Refined Lending) has been very helpful and patient to guide my family through the loan process. We has been knowing each other for over a year since we met at an open house.
