Recommendedawesome to work with. Bailed us out of a contractor that missed deadline for us to move in and went above and beyond with a floor that had different widths and color. Talented and good eye for flooring. Kept good communication every step.of the way. Explaining things to us. Brought out the true beauty in hardwoods that had been abused for many years before we bought the house.
Would definitely recommend dean and his team! Great job.
The quality of work and customer service are severely lacking. I am horrified at the condition they left the job in when they "finished". Not only do they expect the final payment, although we are not satisfied, but they threatened to put a lean on the house, which is obviously a bullying tactic. I wish I could attach photos for you to see how poor they left the job.

Beware, they will rob you blind! They run with my $3,801 deposit and blamed moisture problem for a reason not to show up to even check for himself on the moisture! I was never told that moisture better not be a problem or they can't do their job when I wrote the deposit check! You're better off not paying anything up front and maybe they will show up! Yes most definitely. I had a 300 square foot room I needed done on a timely manner. Refined Hardwood came and installed it in one day and they were polite and courteous. They worked through lunch and dinner but it was done. The employees were very sympathetic to my needs and were neat and cleaned everything up nicely.
Very bad experience with this company. On May 30th 2017 I signed a contract with the company to "sand and refinish my hardwood floor". The contract value was $1,598.06 and a deposit of $532.69 was paid with the contract. The project was scheduled to start October 9th. and to be finished Oct. 13th. The company never showed up at the agreed upon date but sent an e-mail on Oct. 12th that "we will not be performing your project and the contract is withdrawn". Requests to return the deposit were not answered, even after the BBB s... read more
