Ana - The coldest beauty aesthetician I’ve found in 4 years of living in Jersey City. Came in for eyebrow and upper lip threading for the first time here and was shocked by how rude and cold Ana was - not a smile, not a word. She was so aggressive, I left with two cuts: one on my eyebrow and one on the corner of my upper lip — it hurts to even open my mouth to eat. Ana is the best! I moved here 1.5 years ago and had no clue where to get a haircut as I am very particular with my hair. Luckily I found Refine and Ana! She is very detailed and truly leaves you with an amazing haircut. As long as I am in Jersey City, Anna will be cutting my hair!
Easy to book, good prices, and most important: a great staff. Antonio is an excellent hair stylist and an overall lovely guy.
