Very friendly and effective service I went in and could hardly walk and in less than a week I felt like I had a new back great staff very patient it was just all around the best decision I could’ve made for my needs
I have dealt with tightness and pain in my back and joints for years and after going here for my first ever chiropractic appointment I walked out feeling like a million bucks. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Mays did magic on my body. It was an explosion of relief on my back.
Refine chiropractic has been so great! I have been seeing them since I was pregnant with my son and I have continued after having him. Dr. Mayes, Bethany, and Rachel are always so kind and so helpful, and they have helped me so much with my back pain!
I absolutely love Dr. Mays and his staff! I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years, and him and his staff are by far the best I’ve been to. The office is always clean, welcoming, and filled with the most kind and helpful staff who truly care. I began treatment about two months postpartum, and Dr. Mays has played a huge role in my recovery. Now, at five months postpartum, I’ve seen such a big improvement in my mobility and overall healing. I’m super grateful for this team!
Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Once you have been once, they remember your name and always ask how you are. Bethany is always nice when you check in and out. Rachel is always super sweet and does the therapies. Dr. Colby is always friendly. He really seems to care how you are doing.
