Very friendly, helpful staff and doctor. Quick and efficient care, but never rushed at all. Peaceful, laid back environment. Staff speak very kindly to each other as well.

I was referred to them by a coworker, and this place is awesome. From the receptionist to the assistance & the doctors are very nice. They explain everything they were doing at the time of service.
I couldn't say enough about Dr.Mays and the staff at Refine! They are constantly going above and beyond for their patients. I came to them with general chiropractic needs and mentioned my Plantar fasciitis and the struggle for the last 5 years. Dr. Mays did his research and started doing adjustments on my feet and worked miracles! I am officially pain free 4 months later with regular adjustments. Thank you for all that yall have done and continue to do! They truly listen to your needs and take action!
