I’ve been to refine two time and on both occasions I’ve a great experience. My injector was nurse Maggie and she was wonderful. She explained everything in such great details and also checks in on me to see how I am doing and if I have any questions. Definitely will be going back! They’ve done such a great job, I’ve recommended them to some of my friends.

I recently started working with Kim, and she’s absolutely fabulous. Incredibly detail-oriented, she takes a slower, more thoughtful approach, focusing on what’s right rather than rushing for quick fixes. I really appreciate that she’s helping me improve my skin gradually, without overwhelming me with too many treatments or products at once. Her guidance feels intentional and personalized, and I’m already seeing the difference.

I’m a stickler with my skin and Kim is the absolute best! I asked probably a billion questions when I came in for my free consult and we worked together to thoughtfully curate my personalized treatments. Tulsi is an amazing physician and very skilled! I felt completely comfortable with her from the time spent fully discussing options and advice, to the way she does her injections/microneedling - perfect balance. I have a lot of trust in her and am so thankful for her! Update! The lasting results have been amazing and went back 6 months later for a touch up. Very warm and kind environment.
