Being a client at Refine by Tulsi has been an incredible experience. I see Kim, Who is absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable and kind in the way she communicates. I appreciate that she doesn’t overly push a certain treatment, but has genuine recommendations and clear communication. I feel included in my care plan. And I’m really excited with the results that I already see. Kim is super professional, and I trust her entirely.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Tulsi and Kim. Both began with an extremely thorough consultation and elaborate follow up via email to prepare me for realistic expectations as well as to answer any questions or concerns I had. I am about into a month since my services (microneedling, Radiesse) and have been really happy with my results. People are even commenting on how good me and my skin look, So you know I’m loving it! Had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Kotecha! She is incredibly talented at what she does, and even though I was nervous to have a touch of filler on my face for the first time, she made me feel at ease that it would look very natural. A couple of weeks later, I can now confirm that it is the type of thing no one other than me has noticed… but it helps me feel a little more confident! She is so kind, patient, and an overall joy to visit. I’d love to work with her again and highly recommend her to others!

I love Dr. K and Refine by Tulsi so much. I have been going to their Logan Square location and now go to their new Lincoln Park location which is absolutely stunning. Right when you walk in you are greeted with kind souls that welcome you in and truly make you feel so comfortable. Their service and hospitality skills are off the charts.
