Every appointment feels thoughtful- she listens carefully and answers all of my questions and creates a plan based on what my skin actually needs. I loved my experience here! I came in wanting to get trap Tox and Maggie explained everything to me. I felt comfortable the entire time and I love the results so far. I used to feel the tension and tightness from stress on my shoulders and traps constantly, to the point of not being able to move or go out comfortably. Now, it’s gone! It’s amazing.

Amazing customer service! So glad I found this place! If you want a personalized intimate boutique experience, this is it! They make you feel very comfortable, and take their time with you. I was very nervous about my treatments and they were with me every step of the way. Each practitioner is an expert in what they do. Excellent results without being overdone. I can’t give them enough stars! Thank you Dr. Tulsi, Maggie, and Kim for your dedication, education, passion, and of course my results!

I have been to numerous medspas in the city and haven’t found a better one than Refine! I see Kim and Maggie, who both are so amazing and have provided me the best results for both rosacea and tox services! Every time I walk in they make me feel so welcome and apart of their community. Highly highly recommend!

I live 2.5 hours away from Refine and it is worth the drive! I am treated with such kindness and the results are top tier. I put my full confidence into the team here. Ive gotten chin and lip filler from Maggie and Kim has performed microneedling on me. I could go many places that are closer but they are worth the drive. I highly recommend going here if youre looking for aesthetic enhancement.
