My overall visit was amazing. Maggie particularly was awesome and I felt like I was at home after having had two treatments done. This was my first time ever doing any kind of treatment to my skin and I am so glad I started here I could not have come across a better place! If you’re looking to get a peel or any other kind of skin treatment done I highly would recommend these services because I consider this clinic very professional overall.!

I have received dermal fillers from Dr. Kotecha at Refine by Tulsi and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I look like myself but…refreshed! The entire team at Refine is pleasant, professional, informative and accommodating! They go above and beyond and Their attention to detail is top tier. If you're looking for Aerolase treatments, highly recommend going here. As someone who has been trying to smooth out some acne scars, the aerolase treatments have thus far been the most effective out of the standard treatments that are available and recommended. Kim is amazing and very gentle. Every time I've gone in, it's been a very relaxing and smooth experience. I had such a great experience at Tulsi Med Spa. I got a custom facial and dermaplaning from Kim, and she was absolutely wonderful. I came in with dull, tired skin and left glowing! She really took her time and made sure everything was tailored to my skin’s needs. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
