Being a client at Refine by Tulsi has been an incredible experience. I see Kim, Who is absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable and kind in the way she communicates. I appreciate that she doesn’t overly push a certain treatment, but has genuine recommendations and clear communication. I feel included in my care plan. And I’m really excited with the results that I already see. Kim is super professional, and I trust her entirely.

I love Dr. K and Refine by Tulsi so much. I have been going to their Logan Square location and now go to their new Lincoln Park location which is absolutely stunning. Right when you walk in you are greeted with kind souls that welcome you in and truly make you feel so comfortable. Their service and hospitality skills are off the charts. I recently started working with Kim, and she’s absolutely fabulous. Incredibly detail-oriented, she takes a slower, more thoughtful approach, focusing on what’s right rather than rushing for quick fixes. I really appreciate that she’s helping me improve my skin gradually, without overwhelming me with too many treatments or products at once. Both began with an extremely thorough consultation and elaborate follow up via email to prepare me for realistic expectations as well as to answer any questions or concerns I had.
