Tulsi is amazing at what she does! She listens well to your concerns and desires and is really educational about the services she provides, guiding you to make the best choice for your unique concerns. I've gone to her for toxins alone but as I age I imagine incorporating more of her recommendations over time. I'm in my late 30s and am just getting into the world of medical spas, so I have a lot to learn. But I know she'll answer any of my questions honestly and kindly. Dr. Tulsi is amazing!! I went in for a consultation and was so impressed with her. It is hard to find a doctor that is so caring and such a great listener. I am so happy with my results and will continue to go to see her for all of my beauty needs!
This was my first time trying Botox and Dr. Tulsi made me feel really comfortable. She was really knowledgeable when I shared my skin goals and concern areas. I appreciated that she acknowledged a way to target it with fillers, but ultimately did not recommend it for me which made me feel that her practice is not about upselling on unnecessary procedures.
