WASTE OF TIME. Avoid all Rentals published by Rogers and Rogers. They left me and my pregnant wife outside of a property waiting for someone to open the house to tour it, even when the tour was previously scheduled. I even drove to the office and the guy there just couldn't care less. WASTE OF TIME.
First, I scheduled a tour (I even got the confirmation email, and I confirmed it), and the agent was not there, and there was no contact information so I could call. I waited 15 min because I really liked the house based on the Zillow ad, and then another couple got there and also an agent. He didn't know about our appointment but showed me the house anyway. These guys are just awesome. They care and are considerate of needs. So unheard of in this line of work these days. I couldn’t recommend them more!
