I feel complete regret for having hired formally, Referbish group to renovate our ensuite bathroom. Our 6 week renovation ballooned into 17+ weeks of frustration and tension before they filed for insolvency and walked away from our project completely, leaving us with thousands of dollars left of work to be done out of pocket (after having already paid them over $24k). This company was formerly Referbish Group and they completed our whole house reno at the end of 2022. At the end we were highly pressured to pay out the hold back being accused of putting the owners in a bad position although the deficiencies were not completed and the bathroom was still being worked on and the cupboards had to be completed. Formally Referbish group. These guys are professionals at not completing projects and taking home owners money. They closed one company and just opened a new one. They do not pay their contractors and take huge deposits with no intention of completing the work. Please stay clear of this company.
Our main floor renovation dream began in March of 2020 but due to Covid, we postponed it to March of this year. With all the uncertainties of the world, Tara and Cal guided us through the process from what we envisioned to becoming a reality.
