Great and professional group of people! Has been managing our properties for over five years. Have used other companies and no one can compare to Reeves Realty/Rentals. Homeowners, especially those living out of state, do NOT let Reeves Rental manage your property. Over 5 years they never had a tenant who either paid consistently on time or took care of the property. The first tenants had to be evicted and still owe us $1,000’s. Then second got behind on rent, and left the place a mess and in need of repair (which apparently was never done).
