Guys, I sent an email yesterday. Could you pay what you owe us, please? It's very ugly to say that you provide a good service, but you don't pay your bills.
We rent with reeurban for 2 years.. this is the worst company one could rent for . They change staff every month if not every week. They take a lifetime to repair anything , that’s if they fix anything at all. We waited a year to get our tub fixed it had a crack in it and it flooded the closet ... the patio screen has a whole in it, the association sent them a letter to fix the outdoor screen they said their tech was in Texas for 6 weeks they didn’t have anyone to come fix it which resulted in us having a big ass snake comin... read more
After years renting on a lot of different places this was the worse ever. They take weeks to answer your email, they dont answer phone calls and when they do they dont return. They overcharge the costs of everything when you leave the property. Terrible experience, i dont recommend to anyone. Just one example they charged me for expensive LED lights and they never had LED lights when we got in , i just put back all the lights that were there when we moved in. They charged $140 for a fridge handle that is $15 anywhere online ... read more
