I wish I could give her a higher rating than 5 stars. She is an amazing doctor and she helped me get my life back! She is the first doctor I saw at Kaiser Permanente to take me seriously and not blame my symptoms on a misdiagnosed anxiety disorder!! I lost out on majority of my high school experience because of the chronic conditions I have. I was homeschooled and struggling to even get out of bed most days. SUper impressed with Dr.Chak, she is SO thorough and she LISTENED to me, which is incredible. I feel that I am in good hands with her, and her nurse, I feel like they care and are VERY thorough!
