My daughter's engine on her car got ruined when a tensioner on one of the timing belts froze up and melted the timing belt. Neil and his son Bradley personally towed my daughter in for the repairs. I was amazed that they both took the time personally to help my daughter out and get her to town safely. They also were very patient and helpful with me while I located a low-mileage used engine to get the car back on the road.
