My mom had a door installed by this company. They rescheduled several times which was very inconvenient. After her door was installed, I noticed how difficult it was to lock the deadbolt. This company did not align the strike plate correctly so you have to move the door until you can get the deadbolt lock into the hole. We took the plate off to fix it and this company also drilled a hole so close to the bottom of the wooden piece that there is an opening to the underside of said “hole”. Have used Reese's previously, via Home Depot, to install 4 interior pre-hung doors and door casing. Very pleased with their work. Getting ready to use them again to install another pre-hung for us.

Terrible company. Tammy is rude, inefficient, and will lie to your face. And evidently the company is incapable of installing double or triple panel patio doors. They left us hanging for weeks. But, if you go through Home Depot in the Dayton area, this is the only install company they deal with, shockingly. Think twice before getting windows or doors installed through Home Depot or you’ll have to deal with these people.
