This is the most inconvenient experience I have ever had with a physician. You can not talk to anyone at the office and the website they provide is not intuitive or helpful at all.
she will not accept a preauthorization from blue cross blue shield. To make sure she got paid, she changed my medical procedure and didnt tell me until the pre-op appointment. She coudlnt get past the insurance to even tell me what the new procedure involved. When i questioned what was happening and even offered to call BCBS from her office, she told me she didnt work for free and to find a new doctor. She then got up and walked out. ??
I had a bad experience there. First of all, I was charged $20 all 3 visits because Dr. Reese told me that smoking is bad for me. Second, a week after my annual exam, they called me and said the results of my tests came back "abnormal". Something didn't seem right to me, so I went to another doctor and got a second opinion. The second doctor did the test and it came back normal. No HPV at all. So, I think Dr. Reese was trying to get money out of me, and I will never go back
I would highly recommend Dr. Reese. I found her very thorough and skilled. She was prepared in her approach with me, having reviewed my case file and presented me with treatment options. Dr. Reese explained and reviewed clinical data results, and readily offered her recommendations. She was prudent in her approach to me as patient. Her demeanor was that of a kind, competent, and knowledgeable physician.
