I had the most horrible experience in her practice! She accused me of lying about symptoms (when she didn’t read or understand my medical history) and was so rude! I think she was only interested in her other products and not being a simple gynecologist. I debated calling the licensing board after my experience. I left in tears and I have never had this kind of experience, which bordered on abusive, from a doctor before. DO NOT go to her!!
After a lifetime of having ovarian cysts. She told me I never had them. I knew she was wrong. My primary care provider sent me for a sonogram and just found one 6months ago. Also Cignia contacted us because she tries to over bill her clients. She has her own agenda. Certainly her pocket comes first! Completely unprofessional! Quite frankly I have never seen anything like it in my life! I wouldn’t step foot into that office again!
I had been a patient of Dr Reese and was treated incredibly unprofessionally by her staff who sent a letter to me saying I had missed a test. I had requested to speak with Dr Reese and was told that would not be possible. I was diagnosed with cancer have been going through treatment at UVA and was given zero courtesy from both her office staff and her. I was made to feel like she was more concerned with the financial end of the practice rather than the medical.Was left totally speechless.
She only wanted to prescribe birth control. She did not listen to my symptoms or history.
Dr. Reese is very kind and smart. She is an excellent doctor.
She is a wonderful, caring doctor. Always takes the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend her to anyone!
I went to Dr.Reese as a recommendation from my family physician, I couldn't be happier. She and he entire staff have been wonderful. They have made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely happy with the care I have received.
I had been a patient of Dr. Reese for years. Dr. Reese had referred me to a surgeon in Northern VA for a hysterectomy. When my insurance required verbal communications with the practice I was told "they didn't have time to sit on the phone with my insurance" and when I found a surgeon who would accept my insurance let them know & they would send a referral. I was devastated by the way I was treated by the staff. I did find a surgeon, had my procedure, and found a new GYN to take over my care.
I'd like to say that I could write a review of Dr. Reese, but I never got past the receptionist. I called to make an appointment for my teen age daughter and was told that before an appointment could be made the office manager would have to call our health insurance first. That was 4 days ago and I still have not received a call from them. Needless to say, I have found another Dr. to see her. I was also a patient of hers, but will now find someone else to go to.
