CHEAP builder grade finishes. House took forever to be completed. Our house was purchased well before others that were finished before ours was. One month weeks went by before any further work was done. Builder's wife was the designer and ordered finishes, cabinets, floors, etc. She always advised me of any additional charges for everything I ordered.
