Do not use this company, don't park in their garages. They have no quality customer service, and their employees leave their posts. Also they don't have their prices listed in their garages. This company is shady and is a liability!
The app doesn't allow you to pay to park at Merritt Park Shops. I tried several times, even changing the credit card. You can't contact Reef as there is no phone number displayed. Certainly they will send a parking claim with an exorbitant amount. This is part of their "common business practice".
