We have stayed with Dawn for several years in different condo units. Each one was clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. This year we are staying in Reef Memories right on the beach. The view of the ocean is spectacular, even with a record snow fall from an unusual Polar Vortex that added fun and excitement for a once in a lifetime experience. The pool is warm and inviting. This place did not disappoint. One of the best vacations we have had. Next time I'll just bring my clothes and toothbrush. She thought of it all. Down to the hair straightener. Her attention to detail was spot on. We couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to go again. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have stayed at Sterling Reef room 406 for the past two years and we can’t get enough of it! The views are spectacular right off the beach, plus how spacious! Plenty of room for a whole family! We love the convenience of the location and Dawn always ensures a comfortable stay and is always available! We are already looking forward to coming back next year.
