Appointment rescheduled several time my application had several errors and was send late staff did not have the answer why my application was send late . Hopefully the office manager see this . On the bright side after couple of months And several call to the department of health I have received my card .

Truly a terrible experience. They will set up and cancel multiple appointments with the doctor. Then when you finally do get the doc. They’ll forget to mail in your application. Of course you’ll not be aware this has happened until 5-7 weeks go by and you wonder what happened to your license. They’ll promise to rectify and even send out an new application next day air. Just so you can learn it didn’t happen like that and your application won’t make it to licensing for 4 days. It’s back to waiting again to see if this time I ... read more
