Wow!!! I was looking to rent but I am very concerned with all the negative reviews. I don't know why some of you current renters are putting up with the uncaring of management to fix things. There are laws that protect renters and a renters association you can report them to. Concerning especially, is the elder lady who's air conditioning has been broken. Update: I wouldn't recommend any woman to live here alone. There are some "Strange" individuals who tend to follow you when you do basic task. You will notice most of the married woman don't want to walk alone either. I have tried to speak to management and you will realize you are on your own.
I wouldn’t bother renting here they have wasted our time and at this point holding our 300 dollar holding deposit. Only to be told that the 2 apartment that the claim were available are now being rented. I truly believe they have no interest in renting to people with section 8 I put a 300 holding deposit on dec 20 we will see how long it will take to receive any or all of it back which my mom demanded she gets all her deposit back and she did go off and I don’t blame her after what they did isn’t a holding deposit supposed t... read more
