Honestly never had a bad experience here other than regretting I never looked at Megan’s Law before moving in. Everything else was fine with the apartment other than having them completely demolish my bathroom and gut it out due to water leaking out the floor causing me to have to shower in another unit for a month. Wow!!! I was looking to rent but I am very concerned with all the negative reviews. I don't know why some of you current renters are putting up with the uncaring of management to fix things. There are laws that protect renters and a renters association you can report them to. Concerning especially, is the elder lady who's air conditioning has been broken. What if you have a stroke due to heat? Or something else related to their uncaring of fixing. You people need to call and report these people. I will not be renting there f... read more
Please check Megan's Law before moving here (it is very accurate).
Update: I wouldn't recommend any woman to live here alone. There are some "Strange" individuals who tend to follow you when you do basic task. You will notice most of the married woman don't want to walk alone either. I have tried to speak to management and you will realize you are on your own.
