So disappointed in the service Reeds Outdoor Equipment. I have purchased and had service done here for 15-20 years and something has changed for the worst. Dropped my chain saw off 3 weeks ago, was told it would be 3 weeks. Called today, on hold for over 10 minutes, hung up, called back and was told my saw was number 75 in line, REALLY! I will not be back and will not recommend them any longer...
Very nice people. My dad loves his new Toro lawnmower and the very comfortable seat on it. They also repaired the old lawnmower and put slime in the tires great place.

Got our TORO Z-Master from Reed's. Very dependable equipment. Great staff and great service. Always get the help I need when I need it.
These guys rock... had a very important piece of equipment start having engine troubles. they got it fixed and out in less than 2 hrs on a Friday afternoon. we would've been shut down all weekend with out their service.

The man that runs reeds is one of the most professional men in the industry.his name is Chet and everything I've needed from repairs to new equipment.
